Using Future Stays

Future Stays provides booking, calendar and cleaning-operations tools for short-term rental owners, their staff and their guests. By creating an account or booking a stay you agree to these terms and to provide accurate information.

Bookings and payments

Reservations are confirmed once payment is processed. Cleaning and pet fees are shown before checkout. Cancellations follow the policy displayed on the property listing; eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

Text message alerts

Cleaners and property staff may opt in to receive SMS notifications about job assignments, newly available jobs, schedule changes and reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase or employment. Message frequency varies, typically 2–8 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time; STOP immediately ends all non-essential texts to that number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Taxes

Future Stays is a software platform, not an accountant, tax advisor, payroll provider or employer of record. Property owners and cleaners are solely responsible for reporting their own income and for paying any income, self-employment, payroll, lodging, occupancy or sales taxes that apply to them, as well as for issuing, collecting and filing any tax forms required between them. We do not withhold taxes from payouts, do not determine worker classification, and nothing in the product is tax or legal advice. Consult a qualified tax professional about your obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other companies, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
